Why do I need to request a Zoom Phone License?
If you need to make external calls and the Zoom Phone tab is not available in your Zoom client,
you must request a Zoom Phone license.
1. For Island Secure Browser users only:

Click the Phone Request icon on the Island dashboard,
then click Submit.

This request will auto-approve, and
Zoom Phone provisioning typically completes within
1–2 minutes.

Once provisioning is complete, the Phone tab will appear
in your Zoom client.

Zoom Phone access is temporary and valid for 24 hours
from the time of the request.
2. For corporate users with company-issued devices only:
There are two ways to request a
Zoom Phone license:
via the Okta Dashboard or through Slack.

Requesting Zoom Phone via Okta Dashboard:

- Go to ww.okta.com and sign in.
- Search for the Okta Access Requests tile.
- Search for Zoom Phone for Registered Dietitians.
- Click Request Access.
- Click Submit.

Requesting Zoom Phone via Slack:

From Slack, in any channel or direct message, type
/access Zoom and press Enter.
- Click I need something else.

In the search bar, enter
Zoom Phone for Registered Dietitians.
- Click Continue.

This request will auto-approve, and
Zoom Phone provisioning typically completes within
1–2 minutes.

Once provisioning is complete, the Phone tab will appear
in your Zoom client.

Zoom Phone access is temporary and valid for 24 hours
from the time of the request.
