Bedrock

Bedrock is our internal system for keeping track of and communicating with all of our members. It is our electronic medical record (EMR).

1. Launch Island Application and login in
2. Locate and click on the Bedrock Icons on the home screen

Click Sign in with Google

3. In the account settings in the upper-right corner, please set up your profile as shown below:
4. Change your Suffix to Registered Dietitian
5. Confirm your timezone is correct.
6. Add a professional profile photo to your Bedrock account.
7. Add your NPI
8. Edit your bio to set the stage for who you are and who you want to be for our members. You can also include your nutrition philosophy or any other relevant information that would entice a member to want to work with you.
9. To enable notifications for same-day appointments, add your phone number
10. IMPORTANT: Do not add your Bedrock Availability until Checkpoint #2 in your onboarding checklist

Grammarly

Writing Assistance including snippets (A text expander which saves time from having to repeatedly type the same phrases over and over).

Log into Grammarly by clicking the Grammarly tile on ww.okta.com.

Looker

Looker is a WW tool used to view a member’s food logging.
