Important notes before you Update, Reset or Setup your iPad

1. If you are starting an iOS update You must stay connected to the Wifi for the duration of the update
2. When possible, update your device during hours when IT support is available, should you require assistance
3. References to WeightWatchers UK during the setup of your iPad are expected and do not require any follow up on your part

Reset your iPad

---

1. Open Settings
2. Select General
3. Select Transfer or Reset iPad
4. Select Erase All Content and Settings
5. Select Continue
6. Enter the Passcode for This iPad
7. Reset is now in progress and should complete in a couple of minutes

Setup your iPad

---

1. Power on your Device.
2. Choose your Language
3. Select your Country.
4. Click on Set up Manually.
5. Choose your WIFI connection
6. Enter the WIFI Password.
7. Please wait (approx. 1 to two minutes).
8. Click Next on the Remote Management Screen
9. Enter your Weight Watchers ID/Okta username firstname.lastname and password, and click Sign In.
10. Click on Send Push, accept the push notification on your mobile device, and wait up to 30 secs.
11. Please wait (approx. 1 minute) while MDM configures your device
12. Please enter a 6 digits passcode
13. Please confirm the 6 digits passcode
14. Please click on Enable Location Services
15. Please read the notification and click Dismiss
16. Your iPad setup is now completed. Applications will start to be pushed to your device

Enable iPadOS Updates Over Cellular

---

To allow your device to receive updates while on a cellular network, you’ll need to enable the following setting.
⚠️ Note: We recommend connecting to your home Wi-Fi whenever possible, as OS updates will download and install much faster over Wi-Fi.

1. Open Settings on your iPad.
2. Tap Cellular Data.
3. Select Cellular Data Options.
4. Tap Data Mode.
5. Choose Allow More Data on 5G.

Once enabled, your device will be able to download and install iPadOS updates over cellular.
