1. You will receive an email from AT&T or Verizon with tracking information about your delivery. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery, so someone should be home to accept it.
2. You will receive 1 or 2 boxes containing an iPad Case and an iPad Generation 10.

What's New with This iPad

1. Lighter carrying case.
2. USB-C Power Cable (you will not be able to use the old cable).
3. Touch ID: Once you log into the device, you can use your fingerprint to unlock the iPad for faster access.
4. Cellular Services: This iPad has built-in cellular service, allowing you to connect to the internet even when Wi-Fi is unavailable.
5. Cellular Data is built into this iPad, eliminating the need for a separate hotspot device.
6. Latest software installed.

Assembling Your iPad and Its Case

1. Unbox the iPad case from its packaging.
2. Unbox the iPad from its packaging.
3. Carefully take the iPad and securely seat it into the iPad case.
4. Take the USB-C power cable that came in the iPad box and charge the device for about 20 minutes before attempting to set it up.

Powering Up and Setting Up Your iPad

---

1. Press and hold the Power Button on the top of the iPad until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
2. Choose your Language.
3. Select your Country.
4. Tap Continue on the Appearance screen.
5. Tap Set Up Without Another Device on the Quick Start screen.
6. Choose your Wi-Fi on the Choose a Wi-Fi Network screen.
7. Enter the Wi-Fi Password and click Join.
8. Please wait approximately 1 to 2 minutes while the iPad is being activated.
9. On the Setting Up Cellular screen, this process may take anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes. Please be patient.
10. Tap Continue on the Cellular Setup Complete screen.
11. Tap Enroll this iPad on the Remote Management screen.
12. Enter your Weight Watchers ID/Okta username (firstname.lastname) and password, then click Sign In.
13. Tap Send Push and approve the notification on your mobile device. If push notifications are not enabled, open the Okta Verify app to enter the verification code manually or request a text message (SMS) code to complete authentication.
14. Please wait approximately 1 minute while MDM configures your iPad.
15. Tap Continue on the Touch ID screen, and follow the on-screen instructions to place your finger on the Power Button.
16. Tap Continue on the Capture All of Your Fingerprint screen, and follow the on-screen instructions to adjust your finger on the Power Button so it can capture more of your fingerprint area.
17. Tap Continue on the Added screen.
18. Tap Set Up Later in Settings on the Add Another Fingerprint screen.
19. Please enter a 6-digit passcode.
20. Please confirm the 6-digit passcode.
21. Tap on Turn On Location Services.
22. Your iPad setup is now complete. Applications will start to be pushed to your device, and you can start using your new iPad in 5 to 10 minutes.
