Step 1: Windows Configuration Instructions

1. Power on your Device.
2. Select your Country or Region and click Yes.
3. Select your Keyboard Language and click Yes.
4. Click Skip at the 'Add second keyboard layout' screen.
5. Select your WIFI, enter the password, and click Next.
6. Wait for the device to check for Windows updates (approx. 30 secs to 2 minutes).
7. Click Accept on the License Agreement.
8. If asked to Name your device, click on Skip for now.
9. Click on Set up for work or school and clickNext.
10. Enter your firstname.lastname@ww.com at the 'Let's set things up for work or school' screen and click Next.
11. Enter your Weight Watchers ID/Okta username firstname.lastname and password, and click Sign In.
12. Click on Send Push, accept the push notification on your mobile device, and wait up to 30 secs.
13. For Location settings, choose Yes and click Accept.
14. For 'Find my Device', choose Yes and click Accept.
15. Send diagnostic data to Microsoft: choose 'Required only' and click Accept.
16. For inking & typing, choose Yes and click Accept.
17. For tailored experiences with diagnostic data, choose Yes and click Accept.
18. Let apps use advertising ID: choose Yes and click Accept.
19. Use the camera to scan your face for sign-in (if applicable), click Yes, scan your face, and then click Next. (this function depends on the model of laptop you have)
20. Create a 6-digit PIN, click Next, and wait for the All Set message, then click OK.
21. The laptop will undergo a download and installation process for Weight Watchers Birthright applications, which typically takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Please ensure that you allow the system to complete the necessary steps during this time.
