Setting up Zoom

If this is your first time trying to sign in to Zoom on your Computer or Mobile device, please follow these directions:

1. Launch the Zoom application on your device
2. Click on the SSO Button on the bottom of the screen
3. Enter weightwatchers and click Continue
4. Enter your Username and Password, then accept the Okta MFA Push.
5. You have successfully signed into Zoom

Video Conference

1. To start a Video Conference Meeting or to Join one, Click on the Home Tab
2. You will see, Start Meeting, Join Meeting, Choose the one that is appropriate for you

Basic Steps on How to Use Zoom Phone

!! A Zoom Phone License is needed to make and receive calls !!

If you're not seeing the Phone Icon in your Zoom app, please click the "More" icon and see if it's available in the dropdown menu

• To make outbound calls: Dial 1 + the 9 digits phone number, and click on the Blue Phone button
• To find your phone number: On the bottom of the Blue Phone Button, you will see Your 9 Digit Phone Number

Creating a Contact

1. Open the Zoom Desktop Client: Launch the Zoom app on your desktop.
2. Go to the Contacts tab: Click on the “Contacts” tab at the top of the app.
3. Add a New Contact:

• Click the “+” icon or “Add Contact” button.
• Enter the email address or phone number of the person you want to add.
• Click “Add Contact” to save.

Making a Call

1. Dialing a Number:
   • Go to the “Phone” tab within the Zoom app.
   • Click on the dial pad icon.
   • Use the dial pad to enter the phone number.
   • Click the green “Call” button to initiate the call.
2. Calling a Contact:
   • Go to the “Contacts” tab.
   • Find and select the contact you want to call.
   • Click the phone icon next to their name to start the call.
3. Answering a Call:
   • When a call comes in, you will see a notification on your screen.
   • Click the green “Answer” button to pick up the call.
   • If you want to decline the call, click the red “Decline” button.
4. Checking Voicemail:
   • Go to the “Phone” tab in the Zoom app.
   • Click on the “Voicemail” tab to see a list of your voicemails.
   • Click on a voicemail to listen to it.
